Once made, all UK orders are posted 1st class with Royal Mail which takes 1-2 business days. You also have the option to upgrade to recorded delivery once you reach the checkout.
Shipping times will vary depending on the country, it usually takes between 5 and 10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks at busy times.
Please be aware that in the UK we are not given any tracking information for standard airmail, so if you would like to be able to track your order please choose the international shipping upgrade option 'Tracked' when you reach the checkout. You will then be able to follow a link to the tracked information from the order page, once it has been dispatched.
Shipping is combined so you will only pay one P&P no matter how many pieces you order.
Please note that all jewellery is new or made to order, earrings have never been worn.
How to look after your jewellery - sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time, the best way to slow down the tarnishing is to keep it in a little air tight plastic bag when not being worn. To bring back the shine use a silver polishing cloth or silver dip.
Very occasionally a broken chain will be the result of it being faulty, this will be clear as the links either side of the breakage will remain in their original shape. If this was to happen please message me and I will send out replacement as soon as I can.
If you accidently break a chain I am happy to fix it for you but this will incur a fee, please message me for details.
